Busiest Nights: Friday and Saturday nights are our busiest. To avoid long wait times, we recommend arriving early. If you prefer a quieter experience, consider visiting on a less busy night.
If our attractions are closed, we will automatically refund your tickets. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds are not available for other reasons.
We include parking in the price of your ticket, so you will never have to pay an additional fee to park and enjoy our attractions!

Doors open at 7 PM. To avoid long lines, we recommend arriving by 6:45 PM, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. For quieter nights, visit us on weekdays or Sundays.
Plenty of parking is available near Schmitts Farm Haunt.
Only General Admission tickets are available. No individual attraction tickets.

Daytime Haunt Experience
Our daytime experience features the same attraction as our nighttime experience, just with no actors. Because every child handles scares differently, we leave it up to parents/guardians to decide if the experience is appropriate.
Haunted House Nights
Our nighttime attractions are the full experience — featuring live actors, animatronics, special effects, and intense scares throughout both the haunted house and haunted corn trail. These attractions are designed to be a high-intensity scare experience.
We do not recommend the nighttime attractions for children under 10 years old. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Refunds will not be issued for guests who choose to leave due to fear.
No actors will touch you. Any accidental contact is due to dark conditions or crowded spaces.
Both attractions use fog machines and strobe lights. Do not enter if you have medical conditions that may be affected.
No outside food or drink is allowed. Visit our concession stand for snacks and beverages.
Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are allowed on the property.
No photography or videos are allowed inside the attractions.
Dress for outdoor conditions and wear closed-toe shoes like sneakers. Avoid heels or shoes you don’t want to get dirty.
Tickets can be purchased on-site, but we recommend buying online for quicker entry.
Schmitt’s Farm Haunt reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest from the premises at its sole discretion, without refund, for any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of posted rules. Admission is granted as a revocable license, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Our attractions contain intense audio, low visibility, strobe lighting, fog effects, sudden movements, uneven terrain, animatronics, live actors, and other immersive special effects that may be physically or emotionally intense. Guests enter at their own risk.
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are strictly prohibited inside the attractions: running, smoking or vaping, eating, drinking, photography, video recording, and physical contact with actors, props, staff, or other guests. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate ejection without refund.
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering Schmitt’s Farm Haunt, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, illness, or property damage, and release Schmitt’s Farm Haunt, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Guests should not enter if they are pregnant, have heart conditions, respiratory conditions (including asthma), seizure disorders, mobility limitations, recent injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have any medical or psychological condition that may be aggravated by intense sensory experiences. Entry is not recommended for individuals using crutches, casts, or other mobility aids that may be impacted by attraction conditions.
