Friday and Saturday nights are the busiest nights at Schmitts Farm Haunt. We recommend arriving as early as possible to avoid long wait times. If you are someone who prefers less busy nights we recommend joining us on a different night.
In the event that our attractions are closed your tickets will automatically be refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. *Refunds will not be available for any other reason*

Doors open at 7pm. The attractions open at 7pm. In order to avoid long lines we always recommend that you arrive as close to 6:45pm as possible, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. If you are looking to attend on a less busy night we recommend joining us on weekday nights or Sunday nights.
There are many parking lots in the vicinity of Schmitts farm haunt and plenty of parking.
Only General Admission Tickets are being offered in 2024. NO individual attraction tickets will be offered.

Schmitts Farm Haunt Presents: The Daytime features a lights-on walk through of the haunt and haunted corn trail with no actors. This is perfect for anyone who isn’t looking for big scares but still wants to experience the attraction. (This is the same attraction as the night, just with no actors and the lights are on. We leave it up to parents to determine if their kids can handle that experience. We do not offer refunds for being too scared.)
The Haunted House Nights feature the haunt and the haunted corn trail in full effect with animatronics and a full acting staff. Both attractions are designed to scare even the most seasoned haunt fan. We do not recommended our attractions for children under 8 years old. Children 8 – 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
No. No actor will try to touch you. Any touching that occurs would be accidental and due to dark conditions and small spaces or the people in your group trying to escape the terror.
Yes. We are open in all weather conditions, but be aware that this is an outdoor & indoor attraction. Please wear appropriate
Yes, we use fog machines and strobe lights in both the haunt and the haunted corn trail. If you have any medical conditions which may be affected by these do not enter. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition, or have or have had a back or neck injury, or any type of injury that would prevent you from physical activity, do not enter.
Yes, we are wheelchair accessible in the haunt.
The consumption of outside food or drink is not permitted anywhere on our property. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are allowed on the property. Feel free to visit our concessions stand for a snack or a beverage.
Photography/video of any kind is not permitted inside the attractions.
The haunt is an indoor and outdoor attraction. The Haunted Corn Trail is an outdoor attraction only. Please dress in appropriate clothing for outdoor conditions including proper footwear. Closed toed shoes such as sneakers are required for all attractions on the property. Don’t wear heels or shoes you wouldn’t like to get dirty.
Yes you can but we recommend purchasing online before hand to guarantee entry and save you some time on-site.
Schmitts Farm Haunt reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, moving floors, special effects, sudden actions, and an overall physically demanding environment. Do not smoke, run, eat, or drink inside any Schmitts Farm haunt attractions. Additionally, there is no touching of the actors, customers or props inside the attractions. No video or flash photography may be taken inside the attractions. You will not be admitted and will be asked to leave the property if any of the rules are not followed. There are no refunds! Enter at your own risk! Your ticket is a revocable license. If our staff determines any of these rules have been violated- you will be ejected form the premises and no refund will be given. Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending these attractions. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in the Haunt. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into the attractions the holder agrees to release the operator, its parent corporation, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending Schmitts Farm Haunt or any attractions at this location.
Do not enter if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, are prone to seizures, physical ailments, respiratory or any types of medical problem, or suffer from any form of mental disease including claustrophobia. Do no enter if you are pregnant. Do not enter if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast/medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. Do not enter if you are taking medication or using drugs of any type.
Excluding “Hollywood Based Characters” all references, resemblance’s and statements to persons live and/or dead are strictly coincidentally and are solely in use for the overall affect of the attractions of the Schmitts Farm Haunt.
